We ship to most countries in the world, with the exception of countries where we are prohibited from shipping based on international agreements and shipping restrictions.
Can you explain Shipping Costs?
Shipping costs for your order are always displayed in the order breakdown on the checkout page. Your shipping price depends on your shipping address/destination and the weight of your order.
What you pay for shipping your order is based on its weight and final destination. We know that paying for shipping is not ideal, but please know that we regularly speak with the shipping carriers to negotiate the lowest possible shipping prices for the shop. We promise to continue to try and keep shipping prices as low as possible.
Where are the orders shipped from?
Most orders are packed in Canada. Once packages are sent out with the shipping carrier, they are then shipped out to customers from a US warehouse. Orders are typically shipped out within 3-6 business days. If you believe your parcel is taking too long to arrive or fear it could be lost, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it right away.
Made by Marzia ceramics and some other special pieces will ship from the United Kingdom. These are subject to different shipping and potential duties and taxes additional costs. These orders have Tracked options, which can take between 3-14 days to arrive from the time of shipping.
Are there additional costs upon delivery (customs, duties, taxes, VAT)?
Yes, sometimes there can be additional costs due upon delivery. This is out of our control and unfortunately we can not know or foresee what additional charges may be due upon delivery. Please note that should you there be additional fees at the door, they are your responsibility to pay. If you do not pay them then your order will be returned to us and at which point, we will issue you a refund for your order, less the original shipping cost, plus a handling fee of $10.00 USD.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
Unfortunately we currently do not offer expedited shipping, but we will make sure you get your order as soon as possible!
If you decide to send back your order, please get in touch with Customer Service first (email@example.com) so we can expect your item.
You can return items to us by post within 25 days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation e-mail. Please note that you are responsible for any fees associated with the package return. You will only be charged the original shipping cost on your order, but will be refunded the whole amount for the product you have purchased. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used to place the order. Refunds are issued once the package has been received back at our warehouse.
In the case of jewellery, you must return the item in its original case.
Please specify your order number by writing it directly onto the parcel you ship your order back in. Also write RETURN somewhere on the outside of the package to avoid custom delays and extra charges.
If your item appears faulty upon delivery, or a mistake was made when fulfilling your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include photos of the product, in order for us to prompt a partial or full refund (minus the shipping fee).
